Designed to support our MEDIATOR closed-emitter red dot sight, this adapter plate will work with any standard-width MOS pattern pre-milled slide and ACRO optic. Installation is easy with the two included machine screws, getting your gun ready for premium optics in just minutes.

• Machined from 7075 aluminum stock and milled to fit the standard MOS slide perfectly.
• Simply remove your Glock MOS plate and install the adapter using our two included screws (M3x0.5x5mm) and a small amount of blue thread locker, sold separately.
• Once the thread locker cures, you can install the MEDIATOR or ACRO footprint optic of your choice with complete confidence.
